The oldest plots of Monastrell used for this beautiful wine are 100 + years. Undeniably a noble wine.
In appearance, this wine has an intense cherry red complexion with a slight violet tint.
The bouquet presents hints of ripe red fruit, raisins, liquorice and a mineral top note that offers a pleasant and complex finish.
The palate exhibits a substantial fruit essence, rich in flavor, offering a diverse impression, backed with sweet tannins with a well-balanced acidity. A wine with elegance that subtly transmits the character of its terroir.
Excellently pairs with grilled meats, veal, pork, lamb and sausage.
Aged twelve months in French Oak and 4 years in bottle.
